[2022-02-27] Experimental speech recognition, fixes for email password encode/decode

I decided to push a new update because there're issues related to how we store email password in configs.json which causes data corruption. This update also include:

• [Feature] Experimental speech recognition, using PocketSphinx as backend on both Windows and Linux, and SAPI as backend on Windows.
• [UI] Adds Sient menu.
• [UI] Adds Speech Recognition menu.
  
• [UI] Adds Speech Recognition tab in Settings.
• [Script] Adds is_slient, is_speech_to_text.
• [Windows] Remove CPU Temp, Fortune, Weather scripts.
