[2022-03-06] Replaces PocketSphinx with Vosk, supports for multi-monitor setting

This update replaces PocketSphinx with Vosk as Satania's default speech recognition library. Vosk is just way better, more active development and support a lot of pre-trained models than PocketSphinx. This will allow me to add support for more languages in the future.

Multi-monitor is supported. You can drag Satania between monitors now :)
