[2023-11-14] Character importer

The character import feature is now out of the experimental phase and is ready for practical usage! You can:

• Download any character cards from https://chub.ai/, either in SillyTavern V1 format (recommended for avatar use) or in JSON format.
• Drag the card to satania-buddy's touch panel. A selection window will open, allowing you to choose 'Create new character.'
• A new character will be generated with the corresponding koboldcpp and oobabooga scripts. You can then select this character in the Settings window.

This release also bring some other improvements:

• Fixed several bugs related to character customization.
• Replaced Nobeta sprite with Padoru Satania. The template is used by Character importer to generate new characters.
• When you open the app or switch characters, the touch panel will blink a few times, allowing you to easily spot its position. (Note: This feature works reliably only on Windows. On Linux, the touch panel stays behind the character, and I currently have no way to bring it to the front)
