[2023-11-20] WebUI's minor updates
- Chat session manager moved from chat history editor page, to the left sidebar of the WebUI version of chat window.
- Fixed a bug that broke code highlighter.
- Minor file operations optimization.
- [Linux] Fixed "X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)".
- [Linux] Fixed cursor not change to hand cursor when hover on touch panel.
